Nothing but complaints

I need a moment to just voice my complaints.

-I am so fucking exhausted I can hardly think

-I am tired of work, only 4.5 weeks to go but man am I tired of killing time doing nothing

-I have a to do list at home that is a mile long and I feel like nothing is getting done on it. If people would frickin answer their phones or return calls that would be handy.

-I wish I could shut my mind off sometimes. I am so worried about this baby being breech and the possibility of a c section that I have been having multiple nightmares each night about it. This is NOT fun.

-Feel free to sleep normally tonight Pitters, because if I have to get up at 6:30am again tomorrow I just might freak out.

-I'm tired of eating breakfast. I have never been a breakfast eater and the one damn thing I do actually like (oatmeal) makes my blood sugar ridiculously high. It pisses me off and I'm sick of eating eggs. I hate eggs.

Ipsy July 2013

My July 2013 Ipsy Glam bag came yesterday and I was super excited to see it waiting for me when I came home from work!

The package was bulging this month! I LOVE the pink packaging and it always gets Churro's attention when it comes in the mail.

This month's theme is Beach Beauty

I really like the bag they chose this month! It's a different type of shape than usual and I like that it is more waterproof than any that I have gotten before.

Here is a little preview of all the items that were in my bag!

California Collection Eyeshadow Samples including Hollywood, San Francisco and Malibu. I am really not an eye shadow kind of girl and will probably never use these colors but I did swatch them on my hand to see what they look like.

Coola Mineral Sunscreen moisturizer- Organic Suncare Broad Spectrum SPF 20. I am a sunscreen fanatic so I will definitely be trying this out. I really don't wear makeup and I don't go in the sun often so I don't wear a daily moisturizer but my go to is a mary kay tinted moisturizer- might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Nailtini Nail Lacquer in Mai Tai. I have never used Nailtini polish because I am more of a Julep kind of girl but I was happy to see that it is a triple-free polish. The site describes this as vibrant sunrise coral. Its not really my color but C was already eyeballing it for her toenails so we will be trying it out at least.

Pop Beauty pouty pop crayon in Coral Crush. I found these described as Lip balm crayons and I am a little more excited about this now. I don't like sticky or dry lip stuff. I am really a chapstick kind of girl but I am going to give this a try soon!

Big Sexy Hair Weather Proof Hairspray. This is a humidity resistant spray. We don't have much in the way of humidity here in Montana and I never use hairspray. This is the one product I was a little bummed to get because I really wanted to try the Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray that I saw other people got but no such luck.

Overall this was a pretty good bag. I am not much of a makeup person but I can't resist this subscription service. It's only $10 and I always get my moneys worth of products that I will at least try. Plus I LOVE getting things in the mail.

First Subscription Box Review! July 2013 Love With Food

My first subscription box review!  We have been subscribing to Love with Food for awhile but this is one of the better boxes we have gotten I think .

First look- I just opened the box and am really loving what I see (I LOVE caramel popcorn, toss in some sea salt and I'm in heaven!)
This month's theme is Fun on the Boardwalk which I think is really fun and perfect for the summer

Nature's Bakery Stone Ground Whole Wheat Strawberry Fig Bar- This is something that Churro will enjoy and will probably even share it with Pitters. I would love to try this BUT unfortunately Gestational Diabetes really limits my carbs and so I have to pick and choose the things that I really want. This doesn't quite make the cut but I'm sure the girls will enjoy this.
KuKuRuZa Hawaiian Salted Caramel Popcorn- *drool* I LOVE salted Caramel anything. I'm not a huge fan of popcorn but I will eat it when my other criteria is met. It bugs me that they don't have nutrition facts on the package and I couldn't find any on their website either. I ate this anyways and unfortunately my blood sugar was not so good. Hey, I shared it with Churro at least so I didn't even eat the whole package.
Uncle Henry's Sourdough Handmade Pretzels- I was sad to see these almost completely crushed. I will probably feed these to the girls for a snack but we haven't tried them yet.
Lord Nut Levington Rebel Mary Peanuts- This is interesting to me. I'm not a drinker and have never had a bloody mary but I will be giving these a try. We shall see if they are tasty or not

Twang Twangerz Flavored Salt Snack Topping (Lime, Lemon Lime, Chili Lime, & Dill Pickle)- I have never heard of these but I am looking forward to trying them on some air popped popcorn. It will be fun to see Churro's reaction when her popcorn tastes very unexpectedly.

Necco Wafers and Angel Mint All Natural Orange Salt Water Taffy-  I despise Necco Wafers and when I showed my husband that they were in there he laughed and told me to enjoy my chalk candy. I have no intention of eating the Necco Wafers but I think Churro will try them out at least. She had one of the Taffys this morning and really liked it. She kept telling me it was sweet and chewy and she took tiny bites to savor it. Must be good!

Vermont Smoke and Cure All-Natural BBQ Beef Stick- I think this will be a work snack for my husband. I really don't like beef jerky but its nice to see some real variety in the box.

Overall, this was probably our favorite Love With Food box that we have gotten so far. Lots of tasty treats and a fun summer theme.

This is why I can't sleep at night

I'm trying to sleep but that is failing pretty miserably because I have to much on my mind.

1. I feel all crawly because there was a bug on me. I thought it was a fly until it hovered in my peripheral vision and then ended up on my shoulder. I'm pretty sure that it was a spider that lowered itself from the ceiling. I brushed it away but I don't know where it ended up *shudder*

2. I hate that some people don't think it's possible for two passionate adults with differing opinions to have a discussion about things. You are automatically arguing if you don't agree with them. I consider it arguing when one or more of those involved resort to name calling or putting someone down for their differing opinion.

3. Sometimes at night I get this extreme feeling of loneliness and an urge to snuggle my girls. I feel tempted to wake them up just for a hug and kiss but of course I resist. It's nights like this where that feeling is really strong.

4. I hate when it feels like the justice system has failed.

5. I'm lonely at night when I'm alone. I prefer to go to sleep to the sound of my husband playing his video game or even snoring  already in my bed. I wish he didn't have to work nights to make things work....hopefully it is less than one year until this is no longer necessary.

6. I wish I could let go of the guilt I feel about leaving my job soon. It's bad timing- things are in an uproar right now, I know one of my coworkers is probably leaving at the same time as I am and we had a hard enough time filling the empty position we JUST had. I feel a lot of loyalty to my boss, she is a great supervisor which is something that I know is hard to find. I just can't afford childcare for 3 kids and my kids deserve my time and attention. I just wish I could get it over with.

7. I hope things work out financially for this next year with my husband in RN school. We just have to stick to our budget and have things fall into place at the right time as they should. Fingers crossed.

I just need to remember that we are setting ourselves up to have a great future for ourselves and our kids.

So What Wednesday!

This week I'm saying SO WHAT if...

*I'm pissed that I can't eat all the dessert that I want because of having Gestational Diabetes. That doesn't mean that I don't care about my baby or that I'm not doing everything I can to get her here as healthy as possible. That is exactly why I'm pissed, because I'm NOT doing it.

*It's payday and I've already spent half of our expendable cash for the next two weeks. Oops. It was planned specifically for baby stuff that I had already picked out so why wait?

*My oldest doesn't want to wear clothes in the house? Its 90* outside, if I could walk around in my underwear all day long I would too.

*I am so burnt out on work that I am blogging and reading blogs instead of being productive today. Or any day this week.

*I haven't met  most of my best friends in person. They know more about me than most of the people that I see regularly and vice-versa. LOVE my EAFT girls!

*I am DONE being pregnant. Doesn't mean I love this baby any less. Being pregnant (especially in the summer) blows.

*I'm still getting Julep boxes even though I have been biting my nails again and not painting them. Its a slippery slope. If I don't paint them, I bite them. I don't have time to paint them right now and when I do, I'd rather sleep.

Whew! I think that's it... What are you saying So What to this week?

What I'm Loving Wednesday! My first ever link up

For the first time ever I am linking up with this kind of love for What I'm Loving Wednesday!

I'm Loving my Birthday Girl! Happy 1st birthday to my little Pitters today! I can't believe how time has flown or that she is going to be a big sister in only 2 months. Craziness!!

I'm Loving this crazy smurf style cake smash photo from Pitter's Birthday Party last weekend!

I'm Loving my sweet big girl, Churro! Even if she loves disgusting foods that no one else should ever eat. Here she is eating Seaweed crisps this week from our Love with Food box (barf!)

I'm Loving Convos With My 2 Year Old! I completely see my own 3 year old in these. She loves to tell people what to say right now and this episode's dancing is an awful lot like her dancing skills.

I'm Loving that today was pay day and I got to order a bunch of stuff from my baby registry for my Little Bug. I also love that I only have 8 more weeks to go until we get to meet her.

I'm Loving air conditioning! Being 32 weeks pregnant when its 90*+ outside without AC would be hell on earth. I wish I could personally thank the person who invented air conditioning. I *might* kiss them.

I guess that is everything! What are you loving this week?

Let's give this a go!

I'm starting this blog because I need somewhere to share my thoughts without forcing everyone else in my life to constantly listen. A little about me, I am the mom of 2 sweet girls ages 3 (Churro) and 1 (Pitters) and am about 8 weeks away from expelling my 3rd daughter (Little Bug) from my body (can't wait!). My oldest is a firecracker comedian and my youngest is a stubborn little munchkin who recently has begun to show signs of developmental delays. This is my 3rd pregnancy and first time to develop gestational diabetes which is kicking my butt. I love dessert but won't be having much for the next 8 weeks. I'm looking forward to sharing our journey via this blog and being able to look back on it in the future to see how far we have come!
