Ipsy July 2013

My July 2013 Ipsy Glam bag came yesterday and I was super excited to see it waiting for me when I came home from work!

The package was bulging this month! I LOVE the pink packaging and it always gets Churro's attention when it comes in the mail.

This month's theme is Beach Beauty

I really like the bag they chose this month! It's a different type of shape than usual and I like that it is more waterproof than any that I have gotten before.

Here is a little preview of all the items that were in my bag!

California Collection Eyeshadow Samples including Hollywood, San Francisco and Malibu. I am really not an eye shadow kind of girl and will probably never use these colors but I did swatch them on my hand to see what they look like.

Coola Mineral Sunscreen moisturizer- Organic Suncare Broad Spectrum SPF 20. I am a sunscreen fanatic so I will definitely be trying this out. I really don't wear makeup and I don't go in the sun often so I don't wear a daily moisturizer but my go to is a mary kay tinted moisturizer- might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Nailtini Nail Lacquer in Mai Tai. I have never used Nailtini polish because I am more of a Julep kind of girl but I was happy to see that it is a triple-free polish. The site describes this as vibrant sunrise coral. Its not really my color but C was already eyeballing it for her toenails so we will be trying it out at least.

Pop Beauty pouty pop crayon in Coral Crush. I found these described as Lip balm crayons and I am a little more excited about this now. I don't like sticky or dry lip stuff. I am really a chapstick kind of girl but I am going to give this a try soon!

Big Sexy Hair Weather Proof Hairspray. This is a humidity resistant spray. We don't have much in the way of humidity here in Montana and I never use hairspray. This is the one product I was a little bummed to get because I really wanted to try the Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray that I saw other people got but no such luck.

Overall this was a pretty good bag. I am not much of a makeup person but I can't resist this subscription service. It's only $10 and I always get my moneys worth of products that I will at least try. Plus I LOVE getting things in the mail.
